Structure

The Society is constituted of Honorary members, life members, annual members, corporate/institute members and student members. The various posts of office bearers for its executive council elected once every two years are

• Vice-Presidents (2)
• Hony. Secretary (1)
• Joint secretary (2)
• Treasurer (1)
• Chief Editor (1)
• Councilors (10), two from each of the following zones.

Northern zone: Bihar, Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh

Central zone: Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra

Western zone: Gujarat and Rajasthan

Eastern zone: A&N islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Sikkim, Tripura and West Bengal

Southern zone:Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu
